Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchange requests for any damaged items must be made within 7 days upon delivery of merchandise and all items being returned for credit must be in the original condition with its original packaging.
