RETURN POLICY
RETURNING ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR STORE CREDIT
TO INITIATE A RETURN, CLICK HERE. BUT FIRST, PLEASE SEE THE POLICY BELOW.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, initiate a return of the ELIGIBLE unused items with attached tags to us within seven days of the delivery date for STORE CREDIT ONLY. The return package MUST be POST-MARKED no later than seven days from the delivery date to be eligible for credit.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Please use the original shopjilliontrinkets plastic packaging for your return.
FINAL sale merchandise is indicated as such on their product information pages and is ineligible for return.
SALE/FLASH SALE items are ineligible for return.
IMPORTANT: Returns received without authorized approval from the return portal above will not be accepted or re-shipped to the sender. All returns must be approved.
Ineligible items will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Upon receipt of the returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for return processing. You will be notified of your store credit via email.
All returned items are inspected before a Store Credit/Refund can be processed. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use.
ORDER ISSUES: DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS
If there is an issue with an item due to being damaged/defective OR due to the wrong item being shipped to you, please contact customer service at contact@jilliontrinkets.com for authorization within three days after receiving the package.
Deadlines: Please ensure you report any issues within the respective deadlines:
Damaged: Within 3 days of when the package was marked delivered
Defective: Within three days of when the package was marked delivered
Wrong Items: Within seven days of the package being marked delivered,
Missing Items: Within three days of the package being marked delivered.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail within 2-3 business days whether you are entitled to a replacement due to the defect or damage.
If entitled to a replacement item due to defect or damage, we will replace the product, subject to inventory, within a reasonable period. You will receive a full refund if the replacement item is unavailable.
ShopJilliontrinkets ORDERS/PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER
Any Shopjilliontrinkets order/package returned to our location (including but not limited to due to an insufficient or incorrect address entered at checkout by the customer) will not, under any circumstance, be re-shipped back out to the customer. These instances will be treated as a return for full refund minus shipping cost.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Price adjustments are not available on any purchase.
CHANGES/CANCELLATION POLICY
No changes will be made to an order once placed, including but not limited to shipping or billing addresses, payment types, and adding or removing items from orders. Please ensure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct size and color of your items and the correct shipping and billing information.
Order errors will result in cancellation. contact@jilliontrinkets.com Customer Support to cancel within 24 hours of placing an order. Orders cannot be canceled once processed for fulfillment or shipped.
